  • SOLUTIONS

Peabody Press — Alumni Email Newsletter
The alumni publication Peabody Press provides a snapshot of school and alumni happenings. Every issue contains profiled alums, students or faculty; sports, artistic, and community service updates; and school and alumni news.

Email Postcards
Groton uses frequent e-postcards to announce events or special campaigns. The school, the Groton School Alumni Association, and the Groton Women's Network use creative e-postcards to publicize events around the country and increase participation. The individual e-postcards are designed to reflect the theme and tone of each specific campaign.

Slide Shows
Groton uses two annual slide shows to share sights and sounds from campus with alumni and friends across the country — one in the spring, and one during the December holiday season. These evocative slide shows connect alumni to the School and demonstrate the continued growth and vitality in the School's campus, academics, extracurricular activities, events, and student life.

Video
Professionally produced online videos allow Groton to share its major events, documentary content, and evocative Annual Fund appeals with its consituents via email and the web. Targeted calls-to-action close videos and yield immediate return.
