Special Prize Day 2015 Edition

Hats Off to the Form of 2015!

Groton Trivia

Last Month's Question
Which Groton alum designed a campus building?

The Answer
Robert B. Potter (Form of 1887) designed the Pleasure Dome, which was built to house a squash court, bathing pool, and small theater. Now known as the Dome, the building has adapted to many uses over the years and currently houses the Office of Alumni and Development. This article from the December 1992 Quarterly explains more about the building of the Dome.
