Leading Environmental Policy Analyst, Dr. Lynn Scarlett will present "Smart Energy: Science, Technology & Politics" on Thursday, September 15, 2011 at 5 pm in the UVM Ira Allen Chapel as the 36th guest speaker in the Aiken Lecture Series hosted by the UVM College of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences. Dr. Scarlett currently serves as Senior Visiting Scholar at Resources for the Future in Washington, DC, an organization focused on topics such as: energy, water issues, landscape-scale conservation, and historic preservation. continued
